My latest photo

Not a post card but a similar sized photo of the Atlanta NY depot, found just a few weeks ago on Ebay. This photo was taken July 1977 when the rail line was owned by the Bath & Hammondsport railroad. What I found interesting was the station sign, it has NY on it. The current and previous signs only say just "Atlanta". Some time ago, I ran into a fellow who said to me that the Atlanta depot was the only one that had NY on it and "it should not". I thought he was out of touch, but he must have seen this version which was likely up in the late 70's & early 80's. After looking at post cards and photos of the station over the years, I have determined there have been at least 4 different signs on the station.
